| TERMS | Opening order for dealers: $150.00, prepaid or COD. Non-stocking dealers pay 20% above the wholesale cost. Minimum reorder: $50.00, Net 30 upon approved credit. All payments to be in US funds. |
| PAST DUE/ RETURNED CHECKS |
A $25.00 service fee will be charged for returned checks or charge backs. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at the rate of 1.5% per month. Overdue invoices will prevent pending orders from being filled. |
| BACK ORDERS/ OUT-OF-STOCK |
We attempt to fill each order completely, but occasionally may be out-of-stock on an item. We back order out-of-stock items, and when the items become available, we ship them to you unless otherwise specified. Just as we develop new products, we occasionally discontinue others. We apologize if discontinuing a product creates an inconvenience for you or your customers. |
| SAMPLES | You may order up to 5 sample pieces and view them for 15 days. You are responsible for the shipping charges for samples, which will be added to an immediately subsequent invoice or billed separately. If the items are not returned within the time frame, your account will be charged. Late returned samples are accepted only for merchandise credit and subject to the 25% restocking fee. |
| CLAIMS & RETURNS | All sales are final. Credit will be issued only for flawed products or products shipped in error by TE-MA. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Adjustments, claims or returns must be authorized by TE-MA. Refused shipments are subject to 25% restocking fee. Claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made by the receiver against the delivering carrier. |
| DELIVERY | We aim to process and ship all orders within 7 days. However, it may take from 4 to 8 weeks if items are not in stock. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for shipping. |
| SHIPPING | FedEx Ground is our shipping method of choice, followed by US Mail. FOB point is Woodstock, NY. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and will be added to the invoice along with a $2 handling fee. |
| DISPLAY BOARDS |
Display boards are available in various sizes and price ranges, please inquire. As they are made to order, a 50% deposit is required for all display boards. |
